From the Avidyne "Dream Panel" to Beringer Brake / Tubeless Tires and Orion Wingtip and HID Landing Light upgrades, this airplane has it all! The current owner has spared no expense since he purchased the aircraft in 2012. All ADs are complied with as are all Service Center Recommended SBs. Never settling for the bare minimum when it comes to maintenance is represented through every decision at each maintenance event. Shortly after his purchase in early 2012, the owner experienced a prop strike on landing. Rather than simply conduct the minimum required IRAN of the engine, he did a full major O/H with Triad Engines and replaced the prop with new. The engine has 435 SMOH and prop 435 SNEW. The aircraft is finishing a fresh Cirrus Service Center annual and IFR Cert at Elite Aircraft Maintenance at TTA airport near Raleigh, NC. The owner has been tracking 1 cylinder that has been getting lower compressions annual over annual and this year it has dipped into the high 40's. While airworthy, the owner does not want to make this the new owner's problem. We will be bringing the aircraft to Steel Aviation after the annual is completed for a single cylinder top O/H and to capture more media for representation and sale.
